Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Our delivery couriers include Royal Mail and DPD.

We at Italianhomewares.com respect your rights as consumers, should you change your mind and want to return the items that you have purchased. We of course adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are however very respectful of the fact that our Italian suppliers are small, many have fewer than 15 employees and are still owned by the same family, many have started their journey, 3 or 4 generations ago. As such the items that we purchase for you are made in small batches and are not “cookie cutter” mass produced product.
Much love, heritage and craftsmanship goes into our authentic product. Please be mindful when you return our product.
However if you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 21 days of receiving your order or 14 days for sale items. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
We do not accept returns of perishable product, including oil, vinegar and food – unless of course the product is faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
